Mariah Willoughby

Lieutenant Mariah Willoughby was a Human Starfleet officer who served as Admiral Saylor's attaché in the mid-2260s.

In 2265, Willoughby welcomed the USS Enterprise when the starship arrived at Starbase 33, she also informed Captain James T. Kirk that Saylor would like to see him at his earliest convenience. When Kirk transported aboard the starbase, Willoughby welcomed him in the transporter room, and escorted him to the briefing with Saylor. (TOS novel: My Brother's Keeper: "Constitution").
