Kenneth Dodge was a 23rd century Starfleet Captain, best known for commanding the USS Hood from 2249 until 2256 and then again briefly in 2267 and 2269. (TOS novel: The Great Starship Race)

In 2267, he told Spock that several officers that had been reassigned from the Hood to the USS Enterprise had come from another vessel. (DS9 novelization: Trials and Tribble-ations)
