Captain Hugo Revere was a male Starfleet officer serving in the late 23rd century.

In 2269, Revere was temporarily assigned command of the Constitution-class USS Hood to investigate the military potential of spatial interphase for Starfleet Intelligence. The ship became trapped in the phenomenon, but the crew was rescued in time by the crew of the USS Enterprise. (FASA RPG: Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update.)
