Desmoulins was a judge who lived in Aleph Prime in the 2270s. In 2270, Judge Desmoulins presided over the fate of Dr. Georges Mordreaux after he was found to have murdered many people after promising to send them back in time. (TOS novel: The Entropy Effect).
