The Ceebriians were a spacefaring species that traveled the Alpha and Beta Quadrants in the 23rd century. In 2265, the USS Enterprise discovered a derelict Ceebriian vessel near Alpha Ortelina VII. (TOS novel: My Brother's Keeper).
