The ajElasi (The Fist of Elasi) were one of the three main clans of the Elasi people of Menalgavor. Originally known as the Demiri Pirate Clan, the ajElasi later adopted their current name, and had been known by that name for over 70 years.

In 2269 the ajElasi joined with the other Elasi clans to harass the United Federation of Planets. The clan gained notoriety when Cereth ajElasi briefly captured the Federation tug USS Masada.(TOS video game: Star Trek: 25th Anniversary)
